Five dogs that were rescued five months ago are still so scared that they try to hide and trip over themselves getting away from people. They cry while they cower and shake trying to seem invisible.
No one has been able to touch any of them thus far and the dogs had to be tranquilized to be spayed and neutered. Each year, in South Korea, an estimated two million dogs are killed for their meat.
